Shipping Policy — Tiare Clothing

At Tiare Clothing, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and enjoyable. Please review our shipping information below to understand how and when your order will arrive.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new releases), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs delays)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume seasons.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to most P.O. Boxes within the United States.
Expedited services may require a physical address.


International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their country.

  • Tiare Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Tiare Clothing is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been shipped.
If you experience any issues:

  1. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number, and

  2. Email us at support@tiareclothing.com, and we will assist where possible.


Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@tiareclothing.com.
We are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped.


Pre-Order Items

If an item is marked as pre-order, the estimated shipping timeline will be listed on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available unless purchased separately.
